Use Restrictions: You must not exploit the VPN to commit unlawful acts, attempt to break security, reverse engineer software, or resell access. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and actions taken while using the App.

Modifications: features, lists, or integrations may be updated or withdrawn without prior notice. Automatic updates may be delivered to maintain functionality and safety.

Intellectual Property: the App, trademarks, and design are protected by law. Rights not expressly granted remain with us or our licensors.

Disclaimer: the App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid (if any) in the twelve months before a claim.

Termination: We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or pose risks. You may discontinue use at any time.

Governing Law: applicable law and jurisdiction may vary, but disputes shall be resolved individually.
